JES Properties, Inc. is a privately owned real estate development company with expertise in residential, retail, office and mixed use projects.

JES is an emerging company that, since inception has managed 19 projects that comprise in excess of 3,000,000 square feet of office and retail space and over 4,500 residential units.

Geographically, JES’ projects are currently concentrated in the Tampa Bay area. JES is actively seeking new projects not only in the Tampa Bay area but throughout the State of Florida.

The Company has two core concentrations: (1) development of master planned residential subdivisions and (2) development of commercial and mixed use projects.

The Company has assembled a seasoned management team, dedicated staff and a team of outside professionals that provide the foundation for our rapidly growing Company.
