Cypress Trails Farm
Cypress Trails Farm was a 40 acre premier equestrian center in Hillsborough County. The facility had seven barns, 210 stalls, 24 paddocks, a large covered arena, a manager’s house and center-aisle barn. Until recently, JES Properties had managed the facility which hosted premier horse shows. JES recently subdivided the site into five equestrian estate home sites, and sold all the home sites. The last sale closed in May, 2006. Sales revenue in excess of $3 million was generated from these transactions.

Drew Professional Park was originally designed to house roughly 40,000 square feet of custom-designed office space, to be developed in two phases. Phase I has been sold out. The Phase II land parcel which had been previously approved for roughly 18,000 square feet of office space was sold in July of 2005. These transactions generated gross proceeds of over $4 million.
Florida Spine Institute
The Florida Spine Institute is a four acre parcel with 28,000 sq ft. of medical office, imaging center, and surgery center. The remaining 9,000 square feet is still under lease with the same tenant and is managed by JES.
