Grey Hawk at Lake Polo Phase I
Grey Hawk at Lake Polo is a gated, 176-acre community on State Road 54 in south Pasco County. Phase I consists of 61 lots, all of which have been sold, generating revenue in excess of $7 million.
Grey Hawk at Lake Polo Phase II
Phase II consists of 165 lots all under contract to three regional builders. The 3 builder contracts will generate gross proceeds of $15.2 million. Horizontal improvements are complete, and takedowns began in February 2006. Assuming the builders only fulfill their minimum purchase price, as contractually required, takedowns will be complete by February 2008.
