Olds Square
The Square is a 750,000 sq ft. mixed-use venture in downtown Oldsmar currently in planning phase. The project will consist of seven buildings of up to eight stories in height. The project will have approximately 200 residential units and nearly 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space. The project is part of the Oldsmar CRA.
